Position Summary: 

This role delivers a great guest experience by handling golf equipment purchases and trade-ins, answering product questions in-store and over the phone, and keeping checkout running smoothly. The ideal candidate is a golf enthusiast with at least two years of customer service experience, solid golf equipment knowledge, and confidence using POS systems. They’re friendly, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment. This position a part-time in-store position located in West Palm Beach, FL. No remote work will be offered. Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and provide a friendly, welcoming store experience.

• Process purchases, payments, returns, and exchanges accurately using the POS system.

• Complete golf equipment trade-in transactions and follow required procedures.

• Answer customer questions in person and over the phone.

• Verify pricing, discounts, and transaction details for accuracy.

• Handle customer concerns professionally and involve the appropriate team member when needed.

• Maintain an organized checkout area and assist with daily store operations.

• Follow cash-handling, transaction, and loss-prevention procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of customer service experience.

• Golf retail experience or knowledge of golf equipment preferred.

• Experience with POS systems and cash handling preferred.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable handling transactions.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and follow established procedures.

• Team-oriented with a willingness to help where needed.

• Flexible availability for part-time seasonal hours, including weekends and evenings.

Physical Requirements: 

• Ability to work part-time hours, including weekends.

• Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and bending.

• Comfortable working in a retail environment.

Compensation: $18–$22 per hour, based on previous experience.
