Job Summary
We are looking for an Recreational Parts Person to join the team at our RV parts center. If you are a parts person with ability to find parts and communication skills, we want to hear from you.
As the Parts you will be responsible for duties ranging from managing service technicians parts to tracking orders. You will use your skills to locate parts for customers and technicians using our vendors and website. To succeed in this role, you must be highly organized and have computer skills.
Responsibilities .
- Record and track RV parts orders and sales for retail & technicians
- Maintain parts warranty information
- Answer phone call & email inquiries
- Provide assistance, when necessary, with promotions or marketing efforts to increase sales
- Ensure all parts ordered meet the quality standards of the company
- Help answer service phone when necessary
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- At least one year of parts sales
- Management experience is preferred
- Strong customer service and organizational skills
- Prefer deep knowledge of RV parts and industry
- Be able to lift 25 pounds
