Job Description

Pro-Static Powder Coating is looking for an experienced, dependable, and detail-oriented Powder Coater to join our team. Responsibilities

• Operate powder coating equipment and apply powder evenly and consistently.

• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality, coverage, and a professional finish.

• Follow proper curing procedures and coating specifications.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Handle customer parts carefully and responsibly.

• Identify potential coating issues and take the necessary steps to correct them.

• Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Follow shop safety procedures and properly maintain equipment.

Qualifications

• Previous powder coating experience is required.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Dependable, responsible, and punctual.
• Self-starter who can work independently without constant supervision.
• Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to take initiative and help keep shop operations running smoothly.
