Job Summary

We are seeking dependable, hardworking Concrete Laborers to join our construction team in Taylor, TX. The ideal candidates will have experience in concrete work, general construction, and working in a fast-paced job site environment.

This position involves assisting with concrete preparation, pouring, finishing, and other construction-related activities while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing, pouring, spreading, and leveling concrete.
• Prepare job sites by clearing debris, setting up materials, and organizing equipment.
• Assist with the installation and removal of concrete forms.
• Perform concrete finishing and surface preparation tasks as directed.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely.
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials throughout the job site.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and crew leaders.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
• Perform additional general labor duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in concrete work or general construction preferred.
• Familiarity with concrete tools, equipment, and construction procedures.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, standing, and working outdoors.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to safety.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Reliable transportation to the assigned job site.

Compensation

• Hourly Pay: $22.00 – $26.50, depending on experience and qualifications.
• Per Diem: Available
