• Active NMLS mortgage loan originator license and successful completion of the SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator exam, as applicable.
• Previous mortgage lending, loan origination, or mortgage sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills.
• Ability to manage leads, follow up consistently, and convert opportunities into business.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
