WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Sales Professional, you'll help customers find the right vehicle while delivering an exceptional experience from the first conversation to the moment they drive away.

• Build relationships with customers and understand their vehicle needs
• Present and demonstrate new and used vehicles
• Guide customers through vehicle selection, test drives, and the purchasing process
• Follow up with customers and prospects to build lasting relationships
• Use our customer relationship management (CRM) system to stay organized and provide excellent service
• Work with your team to create a smooth, positive buying experience

 

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals who enjoy working with people and are ready to grow!

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and drive to succeed
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to successfully complete a background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) check, and pre-employment drug test

 

You don't have to know everything about cars to get started. We're looking for people with the right attitude, strong people skills, and a desire to learn.
