Senior Living Hospitality Group is seeking friendly, professional, and dependable Dining Servers to join our Independent Living Dining Services team!

Position: Dining Server – Independent Living
Location: 3030 Park Avenue, Bridgeport, CT

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working with seniors and are passionate about providing an exceptional dining experience in a welcoming, restaurant-style environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner.

• Take food and beverage orders and provide attentive table service.

• Serve meals accurately and efficiently while ensuring a positive dining experience.

• Set up and maintain dining areas before, during, and after meal service.

• Assist residents with menu selections and accommodate dietary requests in accordance with established guidelines.

• Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety and sanitation standards.

• Work collaboratively with the Dining Services team to provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Previous restaurant or dining service experience preferred.

• Experience working in senior living or hospitality is a plus.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
