Mirabella at Arizona State University is a premier Life Plan Community located on the Arizona State University campus in Tempe, Arizona. We are seeking a Full-Time Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of the Sales and Marketing team while helping create an exceptional experience for prospective and future residents. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, customer-focused professional who enjoys event coordination, relationship building, and administrative support.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour, DOE

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage CRM data, maintain prospect records, coordinate documentation, and support the overall efficiency of the Sales and Marketing department.

• Assist with planning and executing sales events, resident events, community tours, and lead-generation activities.

• Serve as an initial point of contact for prospective residents by answering inquiries, providing community information, and conducting introductory tours.

• Support move-in and move-out coordination by working closely with residents and multiple community departments.

• Prepare reports, maintain marketing materials and sales inventory, and assist with market research and competitive analysis.

About You

• Minimum of one year of experience in sales, customer service, marketing, hospitality, or a related field.

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field preferred.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional customer service.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM software, social media platforms, and related business technology.

• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
