Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a full-time Retail Lead to join our team at Publix Field at Joker Marchant Stadium in Lakeland, Florida. As a Retail Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and training retail team members and working to maintain retail standards, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise retail team members and complete store operational needs by scheduling employees and following up on work results
• Open and close retail locations as directed and maintain cleanliness and safety standards
• Support opening and closing procedure while ensuring accurate processing of sale transactions
• Manage inventory activities including restocking, merchandise transfers, receiving shipments and quarterly inventory
• Monitor store floor, assist with guest needs, and ensure integrity of physical inventory and par levels
• Regularly evaluate, create, and maintain professional visual displays

Qualifications

• Previous cash handling experience and basic math skills required
• Previous experience working with point of sale system required
• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer service or retail environment preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Constant standing, lifting, climbing stairs, and repetitive motions
• Bending, reaching, and climbing on ladders
