We're looking for an experienced Safety Manager to lead our safety efforts across the Wasatch Front - local to Spanish Fork, UT.

This is more than a compliance role. You'll partner with operational leaders, mentor a team of safety professionals, and help shape a culture where safety is everyone's responsibility. • Provide hands-on field support. Regularly visit project sites across the Wasatch Front to conduct safety inspections, review pre-task plans and job hazard analyses, assess trenching and excavation activities, and support safe work practices.

  • Lead incident investigations and prevention efforts. Identify root causes, recommend corrective actions, and use lessons learned to prevent future incidents.

  • Ensure regulatory compliance. Serve as a trusted resource on applicable OSHA, FMCSA/DOT, MSHA, workers’ compensation, and injury case management requirements.

  • Use data to drive improvement. Monitor safety trends, evaluate performance, identify emerging risks, and implement targeted initiatives to reduce incidents and improve outcomes.

  • Champion continuous improvement. Promote Suncore’s values, strengthen communication across teams, and help ensure safety remains central to how we plan and execute work.
