Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Day Services | Penn Yan, NY
Make a difference every day with Mozaic (A Chapter of The Arc NY). As a Direct Support Professional in our Day Services program, you'll help people with intellectual and developmental disabilities build skills, gain independence, and achieve their personal goals.
In this rewarding role, you'll provide encouragement, guidance, and hands-on support while helping people participate in community activities, develop new interests, and build confidence. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
37.5 hours per week; occasional evenings or weekends as needed
Location: Yates County (Penn Yan, NY)
Direct Support Professional Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required
Minimally one-year experience working with people with developmental disabilities or an associate degree in human services or related field is preferred.
Valid Driver's License is required
