WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth, efficient service
• Manage inventory, cash drawers, and daily reporting
• Lead, coach, mentor, and motivate team members
• Create a welcoming environment for Guests and Associates
• Lead by example and deliver outstanding Guest service

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Leadership experience or experience in restaurant or fast-food operations is a plus. Experience with Taco John's, McDonald's, Jimmy John's, or similar restaurants is especially valuable.
