WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Provide compassionate nursing care within your scope of practice and each resident's care plan.

• Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders and facility policies.

• Monitor residents, recognize changes in condition, and promptly report concerns to the appropriate nurse or provider.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of care, medications, treatments, and resident responses.

• Collaborate with RNs, nursing assistants, providers, and other care team members.

• Support residents and families through clear communication and education appropriate to your role.

• Follow infection prevention practices and promote a safe, comfortable environment.

• Respect residents' rights, privacy, preferences, and independence.

• Support coverage across assigned communities, including travel or floating as needed.

• Follow professional standards, applicable regulations, and company policies.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Graduation from an approved practical nursing program.

• A current LPN license valid in the state where you'll provide care.

• Current CPR/BLS certification and any additional certifications required for the position.

• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.

• A dependable, professional approach and a commitment to person-centered care.
