As an LVN, you'll provide individualized nursing services tailored to each patient's unique needs. Working closely with physicians, caregivers, and our clinical team, you'll be responsible for assessing patient conditions, administering medications and treatments, monitoring progress, educating patients and families, and communicating changes in condition to support continuity of care.

Qualified candidates must possess an active Texas LVN license and current in-person CPR/BLS certification. Applicants must also have a valid Texas driver's license, active auto insurance, and a recent TB test or chest X-ray. Candidates should have at least one year of nursing experience in home health, a clinic, or another healthcare setting.
