As an LVN, you'll provide one-on-one nursing care in the comfort of your patients' homes. Working closely with patients, families, physicians, and care teams, you'll help ensure each client receives the support they need to maintain their health, independence, and quality of life. Responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, administering medications and treatments, monitoring progress, educating patients and caregivers, and communicating clinical updates to promote continuity of care.

Qualified candidates must possess an active Texas LVN license and current in-person CPR/BLS certification. Applicants must also have a valid Texas driver's license, current automobile insurance, and a recent TB test or chest X-ray. Candidates should have at least one year of nursing experience in home health, a healthcare facility, or a clinical setting and be committed to providing exceptional patient-centered care.
