You’ll roll into the YMCA in Shrewsbury with a flexible part-time rhythm greeting familiar faces and first-timers as the room starts to buzz. Between sessions, you’ll reset the space, connect with members about what they want to try next, and keep the flow moving so the next class launches on time. Some days you’ll jump into a water-based format; other days it’s a land-based favorite—either way, the pace stays upbeat and the focus stays on a safe, confidence-building experience. You’ll wrap up by logging attendance and heading out knowing your hour changed someone’s day.
