TEAM IRONHORSE! Best. Team. Ever.
As a Loan Processor – Indirect / Direct Consumer Lending, you’ll help turn approved applications into funded loans by ensuring every document package is complete, accurate, and ready to move forward. Your work protects customers, dealers, and the business through consistent quality and compliance.
Key responsibilities:
• Receive, track, and audit approved loan documentation to confirm it meets Ironhorse policy, guidelines, and funding requirements
• Follow up with customers/dealers to obtain missing or corrected documents
• Review submitted information against minimum quality and content standards and communicate outcomes clearly and promptly
• Maintain working knowledge of Ironhorse lending programs
• Operate in compliance with Truth in Lending, Reg B, Reg Z, and the Bank Secrecy Act; stay current on required training (including AFSA)
What you bring:
• Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
• Clear written/verbal communication and customer service skills
• Ability to adapt and deliver within deadlines
If you’re ready to grow your processing expertise in a high-standards environment, apply today.
You start onsite by checking the funding queue and prioritizing files by deadline. As documents come in, you compare packages to what’s expected, flagging small gaps early so nothing stalls later. Midday, you’re on the phone or email with a dealer or customer to clarify a form, confirm details, or request an updated item—then you document the outcome and keep the file moving. Throughout the afternoon, you balance focused review time with quick updates to internal partners, making sure everyone understands what’s needed next. Before wrap-up, you complete required training touchpoints as assigned and leave your pipeline organized for a strong next-day handoff.
