YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR HVAC TECHNICIAN

This is a full-time position where employees report to a central location before traveling to assigned job sites, with shifts scheduled within normal business hours. Optional on-call and weekend opportunities are available for those who choose to participate.

As our HVAC Technician, you'll tackle a variety of responsibilities each day, including installing, servicing, diagnosing, and repairing air-conditioning systems and boilers. You'll troubleshoot equipment issues, determine effective repair solutions, use combustion analyzers, work safely with various refrigerants, and communicate recommendations directly with customers. You'll also collaborate with fellow technicians and assist with plumbing-related projects when needed, helping deliver the high-quality service our customers expect.

Here's what we need from you:

• Active Connecticut S2, B2, D2, or SM2 license
• Current EPA certification/card
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• 4+ years of professional HVAC experience
• Ability to diagnose HVAC issues and complete work independently

Experience installing and servicing air-conditioning systems and boilers, strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities, knowledge of multiple refrigerant types, experience using a combustion analyzer, strong customer service skills, and the ability to assist with plumbing-related projects when needed are preferred.
