Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)

Full-Time | $90,000-$100,000 per year + Bonus Opportunities

Monmouth Rehab and Nursing is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead operations at a skilled nursing facility. This role is ideal for a motivated leader who can oversee daily operations, support staff, maintain regulatory compliance, and promote quality resident care.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily facility operations and staff performance.

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and survey requirements.

• Promote high standards of resident care, safety, and satisfaction.

• Lead, develop, and support department managers and staff.

Qualifications:

• Active state Nursing Home Administrator license required.

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility required.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual salary of $90,000-$100,000, based on experience.

• Survey-based bonus opportunities of up to $10,000 annually.
