BECOMING ONE OF OUR RETAIL STORE ASSOCIATE

This full-time opportunity offers competitive pay of $14 - $16 per hour and hands-on technical and customer service experience, and the opportunity to grow with a company that values excellence, innovation, and teamwork.

DAY IN THE LIFE

This is a Part-time position with a flexible schedule. As a Retail Store Associate, you will provide exceptional customer service by welcoming customers, answering questions, and recommending additional products that meet their needs. You will participate in both retail and commercial sales activities to support store goals while assisting customers with battery, bulb, and technology-related solutions. Throughout the day, you will perform technical services such as battery installation, cell phone and tablet repair, key cutting, and battery pack rebuilds. You will also assist with inventory management, merchandising, and general store operations. In addition, you will help maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment while supporting deliveries and store opening and closing procedures.

THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone that meets these requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6+ months of prior work experience preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Technical aptitude and the ability to work with small tools and parts
• Strong listening, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to calculate basic math and read gauges
• Valid driver's license preferred with a clean driving record
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally more
• Willingness to learn technical skills, including battery installation, cell phone and tablet repair, key cutting, and battery pack rebuilds
