About the Role

As a Housekeeper, you'll play an important part in delivering the Prime experience by ensuring our community remains clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Beyond keeping spaces looking their best, you'll help create an atmosphere where residents feel welcomed, valued, and right at home.

What You'll Do

Keep Prime Looking Its Best

• Perform routine housekeeping duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing.

• Maintain cleanliness throughout resident apartments, common areas, and shared spaces.

• Ensure assigned areas consistently meet Prime's standards for cleanliness, safety, and presentation.

Deliver Thoughtful Hospitality

• Interact with residents in a warm, friendly, and respectful manner.

• Respect residents' privacy, personal belongings, and individual preferences.

• Help create a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere through attention to the little details.

Support the Team

• Maintain and organize housekeeping supplies and equipment.

• Communicate maintenance concerns or supply needs to the appropriate team members.

• Collaborate with coworkers to ensure daily responsibilities are completed efficiently and consistently.

• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is a plus!
