About the Role

As a Kitchen Porter / Dishwasher, you'll play an essential role in delivering the Prime dining experience by helping maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen. Working alongside our culinary team, you'll ensure dishes, equipment, and workspaces are properly cleaned and ready for service, helping everything run smoothly behind the scenes.

What You'll Do

Keep Prime Sparkling

• Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.

• Maintain a clean, organized dishwashing area throughout daily meal service.

• Ensure all cleaned items meet Prime's standards for cleanliness and sanitation.

• Keep kitchen surfaces, sinks, floors, and workspaces clean and well-maintained.

Support a Safe & Organized Kitchen

• Remove trash and recycling while maintaining clean, orderly disposal areas.

• Assist with routine and deep cleaning of kitchen equipment and workspaces.

• Follow established food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.

• Help maintain properly stocked and organized kitchen stations.

Support the Team

• Assist with basic food preparation and other kitchen tasks as needed.

• Help receive, organize, and properly store deliveries and supplies.

• Collaborate with culinary team members to ensure smooth, efficient meal service.

• Contribute to a positive, professional kitchen environment built on teamwork and mutual respect.

What We're Looking For

• Previous kitchen, dishwashing, or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.

• Dependability, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to learn, take direction, and lend a helping hand.

• The ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Food Handler Certification or the ability to obtain certification within 30 days.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• A genuine appreciation for hospitality and serving older adults.
