Position Summary

Responsible for leading the 1^st Assistant Operator and 2nd Assistant Operator in the set-up and operation of machines to: collate, fold and glue cartons to customer specifications within Great Northern - Oshkosh quality and efficiency standards.

 

Pay/Schedule

• $28.00 per hour
• Must complete 2^nd Assistant and 1^st Assistant Training.
• Work 36 hours be compensated for 40 hours 6am-6pm.
• Each week the schedule for the crews will switch (1^st week Monday through Wednesday will be the Thursday through Saturday crew in 2^nd week). Day and Night schedules will not switch. This schedule will require overtime flexibility which could include Sundays scheduled.
