- Contribute to a stronger ALCO materials process so that reporting is consistent, timely, well-controlled, and clearly connects balance-sheet insights to management decisions.
- Improve the quality, consistency, and timeliness of business planning, financial analysis, and executive and board reporting, with materials that require minimal rework.
- Redesign and deliver at least one significant finance process or workflow, including any supporting technology integration, on time and within scope, with measurable reductions in cycle time, manual effort, reporting redundancies, and data inconsistencies.
- Institutionalize at least two key finance activities with documented procedures, defined owners, and controls, reducing key-person dependency and supporting the Finance team’s evolution.

- Be recognized as a trusted cross-functional partner to executive leadership and the Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Technology, and investment teams, with a demonstrated ability to take ownership of ambiguous, high-priority initiatives and drive them to measurable outcomes.
Why This Role Matters

This role adds deep balance-sheet, capital, and planning expertise to that work and serves as the bridge between finance professionals, business leaders, technology teams, and third-party providers. As The Bancorp’s Finance team evolves to support a larger and more complex institution, this role is the architect of the new, better, and faster processes that evolution depends on, connecting strategy to the models, processes, and systems that execute it and raising both the quality and the speed of the Bank’s most consequential decisions.
