In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, perform frontline teller duties, and build lasting customer relationships by identifying financial needs and recommending appropriate products and services. Required skills and knowledge:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Integrity, reliability, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Perform accurate mathematical calculations.
- Confidentiality and sound judgment.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong computer skills, including ability to learn and navigate banking software, and proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Previous cash handling, retail, customer service, or banking experience preferred.
