Buffet & Station Management: Set up, monitor, and restock the breakfast buffet or made-to-order line throughout morning service hours. Safety and Sanitation: Follow safe food handling, temperature holding, date marking, and general kitchen cleanliness rules. Inventory Control: Monitor food supplies, track waste, and notify management when ingredients need to be reordered.
