Opportunity Works Connecticut is seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to support adults with intellectual and physical disabilities in achieving greater independence and reaching their personal goals.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide  support, supervision, and encouragement
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care as needed
• Support community outings, vocational activities, and goal achievement
• Ensure participant health, safety, and well-being
• Provide transportation when required

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• Age 18+
• Valid CT driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass background and drug screenings
• Reliable attendance and strong communication skills
• Experience preferred but not required
