Job Details: Job Location: Pan Mine site - Ely, NV, Position Type: Full Time, Education Level: High School, Salary Range: $28.28 - $38.67Hourly,   Utility Crew                 Location: Pan Mine, Ely Nevada                 Schedule: 10-hour Days                 Department: Utility                 Compensation: $28.28 to $38.67 (DOE and skill level) Opportunities for advancement through structured operator progression levels                 Reports to: Utility Supervisor   Position Overview: We are seeking a safety-driven and mechanically inclined Utility Crew operator to provide operational support across the surface mine and heap leach facilities at Pan Mine. This role performs a wide range of labor, maintenance assistance, and process support tasks to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous operations. If you are proficient with a backhoe, skid steer, dozer and 4,000-gallon water truck and/or telehandler experience and thrive in a hands-on mining environment, we encourage you to apply.   Duties: Receive daily helper/labor assignments to assist assigned departments as directed  Assist with completing pre-shift inspections Specific duties related to the Leach Pad: Moving, bolting and fusing 4” to 20” pipe Assist in lifting spools Install drip lines Ability to communicate using radio and hand signals General and basic physical labor activities Sample, load and deliver blast hole sample bags General clean-up and housekeeping duties as required Skills with and ability to use a variety of hand tools Ability to work in a physically demanding, outdoor mining environment in all weather conditions   What We’re Looking For: 2–3 years of backhoe, skid steer and/or telehandler, dozer and 4,000-gallon water truck experience preferred Basic mechanical aptitude Strong safety mindset and attention to detail Excellent attendance and reliability Ability to work 10-hour shifts Experience Required: High school diploma or equivalent Valid clean Driver’s License required MSHA training (or ability to obtain) Ability to lift to 50-75 lbs. frequently Ability to work outdoors in mining conditions What We Offer Competitive compensation Safety-focused work environment Opportunity to grow within a developing Nevada gold operation Team-oriented culture built on accountability and operational excellence   Equal Opportunity Employer Mining Americas Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
