Responsibilities: Greet customers as they enter the building. Answer the phone, take to-go orders and seat customers in a timely manner. Bag and sell takeout orders in a timely manner. Know the restaurant’s policies, hours of operation and other necessary information to answer customer questions. Maintain health and safety standards. Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers. Complete any relevant tasks the Manager deems necessary for the success of the business. Qualifications: Positive attitude Show up to work consistently and on-time. Availability on weekends, holidays and sporting events is a must. Ability to move quickly throughout the restaurant. Ability to lift and carry 15+ lbs. Must be 18 years of age or older.
