What You’ll Do Build strong candidate pipelines through job fairs, digital platforms, community partnerships, and proactive outreach Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including applications, communication, interviews, and supporting hiring decisions Lead onboarding activities such as job offers, pre-employment testing, orientation, and skills assessments Partner with managers and supervisors to fill roles efficiently and support hard‑to‑fill searches Maintain compliance and documentation while presenting a professional, confidential, and employee‑focused HR presence Qualifications: What You Bring Education in HR or related fields (Bachelor’s degree preferred) Knowledge of employment law and regulatory compliance 3–5 years of HR experience with a focus on recruiting or talent acquisition Strong technical skills including Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems Exceptional communication abilities with professionalism and discretion Self‑directed work style with the ability to manage multiple priorities   Why This Role Matters You’ll be a key voice for candidates, a trusted partner to hiring managers, and a champion for a positive workplace culture.
