COACH PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT

The coach agrees to provide indoor youth sports instruction for boys ages 7–14. Sessions are held Thursdays from 4:00 to 5:00 PM.

Pay and attendance bonus. The coach will earn $100 for each one-hour session they personally complete. The coach will earn a one-time $650 bonus if they personally attend and complete all 13 sessions. An approved replacement covers the session but does not count toward the assigned coach’s attendance bonus. Total pay for completing all 13 sessions, including the bonus, is $1,950.
Absences and replacements. If the coach cannot attend, they must notify David Bailey at least 48 hours before the session and are responsible for finding a qualified replacement. The replacement must meet program screening and safety requirements and be approved by David Bailey before the session. Payment arrangements for the replacement must be confirmed before the session.
Coach duties. The coach will arrive early enough to prepare, lead age-appropriate sports and fitness activities, supervise their assigned group, follow facility and program safety rules, and promptly report injuries or safety concerns to David Bailey.
Payment and schedule changes. Payment is based on verified attendance. Canceled sessions do not count as completed sessions. If a session is canceled or rescheduled, both parties will confirm in writing how the change affects the attendance bonus. Either party may end this agreement by giving written notice as soon as reasonably possible. The coach will be paid for all completed, unpaid sessions.
