Join us as a experienced, dependable, and hard-working Make Ready Technician in our Residential Maintenance Department. Essential Duties Inspect vacated units and completes Make Ready Checklist Perform duties to restore units to “market-ready” status to include but not limited to painting, drywall repairs, basic carpentry, appliance installation, tile repair, re-key doors, change filters, etc. Assist with the quality control inspections as needed Assist in the completion of work orders and preventative maintenance as needed Assists in the completion of work orders and preventative maintenance as needed. Participates with the on-call responsibilities and assignments. Qualifications: Education and/or Experience Qualifications Minimum three years of related experience Valid Driver's License Competencies Availability to participate in the rotation of after-hours emergency maintenance calls Self-starter with ability to work independently Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety standards Ability to understand and follow direction Ability to professionally, safely and efficiently perform assigned duties Ability to communicate effectively Own hand tools   *Reybold is an Equal Opportunity Employer*
