Prosser Memorial Health (PMH) in Prosser, Washington seeks a full-time Otolaryngology (ENT) Nurse Practitioner for our Ear, Nose, & Throat Center lead by Dr. Tyler Swiss. Dr. Swill provides comprehensive evaluation and surgical treatment for a wide range of conditions affecting the ears, nose, throat, head, and neck. Otolaryngology (ENT) Nurse Practitioner Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical exams of the ears, nose, and throat; order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Collaborate with attending physician to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Perform in-office care including ear cleaning, minor debridement, cerumen removal, and nasal cautery
• Assist in surgical procedures and support post-operative care
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, medications, and preventative care
• Listed responsibilities are a general overview; additional duties may be assigned.

Otolaryngology (ENT) Nurse Practitioner Practice Highlights:

Qualifications and skills:

• Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Active WA State licensure or eligible to obtain
• DEA registration and active prescriptive authority in WA State
• ACLS certification, required
• Previous clinical ENT experience, preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic reasoning skills
• Effective interdisciplinary communication and patient education skills
• Proficiency in Epic/EMR systems and documentation standards

Compensation Highlights:

• Three-year guaranteed salary plus incentive compensation based on productivity.
• Compensation is based on MGMA and determined by skills and experience. Annual base compensation range $135,000 - $165,000.
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance covered 100% for full-time employees; low monthly premiums for spouse/children.
