During training, you will learn how to assess, purchase, and manage scrap metal inventory while providing excellent customer service. You will work closely with experienced professionals who will mentor you and provide guidance as you develop into a skilled metals buyer. A sales mindset will be key to success in this position along with a strong work ethic and desire to learn/grow knowledge in the metals industry. &nbsp;The majority of work will be performed outside or in a warehouse environment.
