🛠️ What You'll Actually Be Doing
We work on cars. Lots of different cars. And they all seem to find new and creative ways to break.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing brake repairs, steering and suspension work, and alignments
- Diagnosing and repairing cooling systems, heating, and A/C problems
- Handling engine performance and drivability concerns
- Diagnosing check engine lights and common electrical problems
- Diagnosing and repairing starting and charging systems
- Using scan tools and diagnostic equipment to identify problems accurately
- Working efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
We want someone who can diagnose a problem, fix it correctly, and move on to the next vehicle without turning every repair into a three-day science experiment.
🧠 What Makes You a Great Fit?
You're probably our kind of technician if:
- You have several years of professional automotive repair experience
- You're comfortable handling most general automotive repairs independently
- You have solid diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
- You take pride in doing repairs right the first time
- You can manage your time and work efficiently
- You have your own professional attitude (a sense of humor is highly encouraged)
- You enjoy learning and improving your skills
- You treat coworkers with respect and don't bring unnecessary drama to work
And most importantly: You understand that being a great technician isn't just about what you know. It's about how you work, how you treat people, and whether you care about doing a good job.
