About the position:

With a commitment to providing an excellent customer service.  Landmark Ford, Inc. the largest Ford/Lincoln Service department in the Northwest seeks a customer focused individual to work as a FastLube Service Advisor.  This position comes with  great benefits and income opportunity. Job Responsibilities:

• Greet customers for their appointments. Write repair orders and document requested services.
• Explain recommended services, pricing, and estimated completion times.
• Coordinate with technicians to keep work moving efficiently.
• Keep customers informed and make sure vehicles are ready for delivery.
• Review technician recommendations and Multi-Point inspection results with every customer.
• Exemplary customer service skills are a must
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
