About the Opportunity

PopUp Smiles is seeking an Illinois-licensed General Dentist for upcoming Dental Days in Alsip, Illinois, on November 9 and 10, 2026. We deliver comprehensive dental care directly to workplaces and communities using fully equipped mobile dental clinics. This short-term opportunity is ideal for a dentist who enjoys hands-on patient care, a collaborative team, and a change from the traditional office setting.

Assignment Details

• Dates: November 9–10, 2026
• Actual work location: Alsip, IL 60803 (Chicago south suburbs)
• Posting location: Chicago, IL
• Compensation: $900–$1,000 per day, depending on experience
• Employment type: Temporary / independent contractor (1099)
• Availability: Please indicate whether you can work both dates or one of the two dates

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide patient examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• Perform restorative dentistry, including fillings and crowns, including same-day crowns when appropriate
• Perform routine extractions and other general dentistry procedures within your training and comfort level
• Provide anterior root canal treatment when clinically appropriate and within your scope and comfort level
• Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and field staff to deliver safe, efficient care
• Maintain accurate clinical records and uphold patient safety standards

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Illinois dentist license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Professional liability insurance appropriate for the assignment
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Strong patient communication skills and a collaborative approach
