Qualifications: Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Digital Experience, User Experience Design, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. 5 or more years of digital platform, user experience, business systems, application development, project management, or related experience preferred, including platform administration, process improvement, and stakeholder collaboration. Strong communication, analytical, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Experience with digital platforms, portal management, user experience design principles, analytics tools, Microsoft Power Platform, and related business technologies.
