Our Team Members have the opportunity to work across multiple food concepts, including Villa Italian Kitchen, Green Leaf’s / Bananas, South Philly Cheesesteaks & Fries, Far East, The Market, and Lacas Coffee. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, working with people, and learning different areas of the business. Team Members will help with a variety of responsibilities including preparing and serving food, taking orders, operating the register, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and providing great hospitality to our guests. What You'll Do Provide friendly, welcoming service to every guest Take customer orders and accurately process payments Prepare and serve food and beverages according to brand standards Work across multiple food concepts and stations as needed Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards Restock food, beverages, and supplies throughout the shift Keep counters, dining areas, and workstations clean and organized Assist with opening and closing duties Work as part of a team to keep operations running smoothly Help wherever needed during busy periods Handle guest questions and concerns in a professional and positive manner Follow company policies and procedures What We're Looking For Friendly, dependable, and positive attitude Strong customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and work across different food concepts Ability to work well as part of a team Strong communication skills Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical requirements of the position Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Why Join Us?
