Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Franklin is looking for a hands-on leader to help grow our water mitigation and mold remediation division.
You'll be managing projects while working alongside our technicians.
You don't need a previous Project Manager title. We value experience, leadership, accountability, and a willingness to grow.

What You'll Do
- Lead water mitigation and mold remediation projects from inspection through completion.
- Independently prepare accurate Xactimate estimates.

Personally present proposals to customers, explain recommendations, and close jobs.
- Follow up with leads and outstanding estimates.
- Lead, train, and develop technicians.
- Manage schedules, documentation, job costs, and profitability.
- Follow IICRC standards and participate in an emergency on-call rotation.
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Water mitigation or restoration experience.
- Proficiency in Xactimate and preparing mitigation estimates independently.
- Knowledge of structural drying, extraction, and moisture monitoring.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work in the field when needed
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Preferred:
- 3+ years of restoration experience.
- Crew chief or lead technician experience.
- IICRC WRT and/or AMRT certifications.
