TEMPORARY CENTRAL KITCHEN SUPPORT (HEADQUARTERS)
Thanksgiving Package Team

Position Type: Temporary, 4 days only

Schedule: Monday, November 16 through Thursday, November 19, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

About the Role:
We’re looking for a reliable temporary team member to support our Central Kitchen at headquarters during our busy Thanksgiving rush. You’ll work alongside the Kitchen Manager, Lead, and Specialist to prepare, package, and fill Thanksgiving packages, as well as hot and cold foods for sale in our stores’ restaurants and delis.

Primary Duties:

• Fill and assemble Thanksgiving packages according to provided specifications
• Prepare and package hot and cold foods following provided formulas and recipes
• Calculate and measure ingredients accurately
• Clean and sanitize processing equipment and work areas
• Perform quality control checks on products and packages
• Receive and ship product
• Maintain general kitchen housekeeping
• Other related tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Food preparation, deli meat, or cold case experience is a plus but not required. We’ll train you.
• Dependable, productive, and able to work well with minimal supervision
• Flexible and willing to pitch in wherever needed

Physical Requirements:

• Repetitive lifting of 50+ lbs
• Ability to push or pull a loaded pallet of up to 2,000 lbs
