Prime Home Developmental Disability Services is a certified Nebraska DHHS provider offering residential and day services for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Our mission is to provide a full circle of care through individualized programs that empower people to live fulfilling lives.

What You’ll Do

• Work Monday–Friday during the day
• Manage a caseload and communicate with employees, families, and care teams
• Oversee documentation and ensure proper staffing ratios
• Write and implement individualized programs
• Hire, train, and supervise direct support staff
• Support clients in daily living skills: nutrition, hygiene, exercise, communication, and socialization
• Provide crisis intervention and implement treatment plans
