Stew Leonard’s, a family-owned and operated fresh food store founded in 1969, has locations in Connecticut, New York, and New Jersey. Stew’s earned its nickname, the “Disneyland of Dairy Stores” because of its country-fair atmosphere, with costumed characters and animated entertainment throughout the store that keep children entertained while parents shop.

Santa Claus 

Seasonal Hourly – starting range $20-30 per hour 
Weekends are a MUST 

Starting the first week of December and must be available on 12/3, 12/6, 12/8, 12/10, 12/12,12/13, and 12/20.

Must be 18 + years old and filled with Holiday Cheer!


Position Description: 

Santa Claus is responsible for spreading holiday cheer to all, greeting customers! 

Your day-to-day: 

  • Engage in cheerful interactions with children and adults providing high fives and photo opportunities    

What you bring to the team: 

  • Be enthusiastic 

  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with children 

  • Great customer service 

  • Good oral communication 

  • Flexible Schedule  

Working Conditions: 

  • Wear the required costume 

  • Work in a cold environment 

  • The position requires frequent walking, standing, and lifting 

  • Position may require repetitive use of hands
