WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Service Advisor, you're more than the person at the front counter. You're the connection between customers and technicians, helping people make informed decisions while keeping the shop running efficiently.

You'll:

• Build lasting customer relationships and deliver an exceptional service experience.
• Review digital vehicle inspections, prepare estimates, and confidently present repair recommendations.
• Manage repair orders, approvals, and customer communication from start to finish.
• Coordinate with technicians to maintain an organized, productive workflow.
• Drive shop performance through honest recommendations, strong follow-through, and accountability.
  

We believe great Service Advisors know how to build trust, communicate value, and deliver results without high-pressure sales tactics.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR THE RIGHT ADVISOR — NOT JUST ANOTHER ADVISOR.

This is not an entry-level position.

We're looking for someone who brings:

• Proven Automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer experience.
• A strong understanding of vehicle repairs, estimates, and shop operations.
• Confidence presenting major repair recommendations and managing multiple repair orders.
• Excellent customer service, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• A track record of strong performance, accountability, and follow-through.
• A commitment to honesty, integrity, teamwork, and doing what's right for the customer.

Dealership and independent-shop experience are both welcome.
