We are looking for an experienced, dependable, and hardworking Handyman / Maintenance Technician to handle general maintenance, repairs, and facility upkeep.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform general handyman work and routine maintenance.
- Handle basic plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and carpentry repairs.
- Perform minor building repairs and installations.
- Assemble furniture, repair doors, locks, fixtures, and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the facility.
- Handle indoor and outdoor maintenance tasks.
- Perform other maintenance duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous handyman or general maintenance experience required.
- Must be skilled in multiple areas of repair and maintenance.
- Able to work independently and troubleshoot problems.
- Reliable, punctual, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Experience maintaining healthcare or office facilities is a plus.
