We are a 14-year-old company that specializes in home and bath remodeling, deck and patio cover repair and new builds, and also works with many companies, real estate agents, and homeowners for handyman projects.

What You’ll Own

As our Lead Installer, you’re the person who turns a scope of work into a clean, finished result the customer is proud of—and that we can stand behind. This role exists to keep jobs moving smoothly, on-spec, and on-budget across Albuquerque and Rio Rancho.

Key responsibilities
- Lead on-site installs for remodel and handyman-style projects, with a strong finish-out mindset
- Read and execute work orders, plans, and project notes; flag conflicts early
- Keep quality high while staying aware of time and material costs
- Communicate clearly with the owner, project manager, and admin team on progress and needs

Required skills/experience
- Your own tools and solid experience in carpentry, handyman work, and remodeling
- Comfortable making decisions independently and solving problems in the field
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to excellent workmanship

How Your Day Runs

You’ll start mornings with clear assignments: a detailed work order, material list, and specific instructions—so you’re not guessing. You head to the site, get set up, and keep things moving with an eye on the finish details customers notice.

Throughout the day you’ll use our online system to clock in/out, track hours, log materials, and share progress. That tracking matters because we care about staying within budget, not just getting to “done.” When something unexpected shows up (it will), you’ll document it, communicate quickly, and adjust the plan without creating chaos. Most days wrap on a predictable Monday–Friday, 8–5 schedule.
