What You’ll Do

• Run the restaurant: Oversee daily operations across every daypart while upholding QSC standards, drive-thru times, and a first-rate guest experience
  
• Own the P&L: Manage food, labor, and paper costs, grow sales against budget and prior year, and deliver controllable profit that hits bonus targets
  
• Build your team: Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate AGMs, shift managers, and crew, and develop a bench deep enough to promote from within
  
• Uphold brand standards: Lead food safety training, earn top marks on operations evaluations, and launch new products and brand programs on time
  
• Deliver results: Hit the sales, controllable profit, and guest survey goals that fund your quarterly bonus
  

What You Bring

• 3+ years as a General Manager in a fast food restaurant with a drive-thru
  
• A strong handle on the P&L (food, labor, and controllable profit), including reading a period flash and acting on it
  
• A hands-on style of working alongside your team, with a record of developing crew, shift leaders, and AGMs
  
• ServSafe certification, or the ability to earn it after hire
  
• High school diploma or GED
  
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as the business requires
  

What You’ll Get

• $60,000–$65,000 base salary
  
• Quarterly bonus with a $7,200 annual target, and top performers earn $13,000+
