He have a large territory and we are looking for someone who can be our Lead Gutter Installer who will eventually be in charge of multiple teams and trucks. What We’re Looking For:
This is an experienced position, ideal for candidates with at least 2 years of skilled gutter installation and/or exterior construction experience. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to interact comfortably with clients and colleagues are essential. We’re looking for someone ready to be groomed for leadership, and to grow with an established brand.
Requirements:
Experience: 2 years in skilled gutter installation and/or exterior construction
Attitude: Positive and team-oriented
Skills: Excellent communication, ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Commitment: Willingness to work overtime and grow with the company
Bonus: Previous experience in gutter services/installation and a passion for gutters (like us!) is a huge plus!
Compensation: $22.00 - 32.00 + per hour depending on experience
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- 2 years of relevant gutter/carpentry experience
