NOW INTERVIEWING FOR MEDICATION AIDES / RMAs / MED TECHS!

WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A MEDICATION AIDE?

As a Medication Aide at Spring Arbor, you'll play an important role in keeping our residents healthy, comfortable, and cared for.

Your responsibilities include:

• Assist residents with medication administration and medication-related support in accordance with Virginia regulations and your certification

• Provide compassionate assistance with daily activities such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and mobility

• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions

• Maintain accurate medication and resident care documentation

• Communicate with nursing leadership and caregivers to ensure continuity of care

• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families

• Promote a positive, safe, and supportive living environment

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Current Virginia Medication Aide certification/registration (RMA) required

• Experience caring for older adults preferred

• Experience in assisted living or memory care is a plus

• Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented individuals

• Strong communication and resident care skills

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Must successfully complete required background and employment screenings

• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred or required under applicable regulations
