Job Description

Part Time Evening Trash Collector – Valet Trash Porter | Germantown, MD 20874

Got a pickup truck and a free evening? Turn it into steady weekly income. Community Concierge Services is hiring part-time Trash Collectors (Porters) to run doorstep valet trash routes at apartment communities in the Germantown–Gaithersburg area. Routes pay $20 to $30 per night, depending on assignment.

What makes this side hustle different:

• Quick shifts, real pay – average completion ranges from about 45 minutes to 1 hour 15 minutes per route.
• A schedule you can plan around – routes run every day, Sunday through Saturday, beginning at 7:00 PM until complete.
• Paid training – no prior experience needed to start.
• Paid holidays and a clear path to advancement for reliable porters.
• Work solo – no register, no customers, no supervisor over your shoulder.

A night on the route:

Each evening, you’ll arrive at an assigned apartment community and collect bagged trash and recycling residents set outside their doors. Expect stairs and steps; this is an active, on-your-feet role. You’ll load bags into your open-bed pickup truck, drive them to the property’s compactor or dumpsters, and head home.

Requirements to apply:

• Open-bed pickup truck required for hauling collected trash.
• Smartphone with an active data plan for check-ins and route updates.
• Physical ability to carry up to 50 lbs unassisted and handle stairs.
• Dependable evening availability on a set weekly schedule: Sunday through Saturday starting at 7:00 PM, until completion.
